Return Process

Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the wig in its original box, ensuring the lace is uncut and all free gifts or accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package and ship it to the return address provided by our support team using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
